However, despite our best collective efforts, it's inevitable that the brand will occasionally suffer from bad news, which has the potential to appear in the media and cause damage. When this happens, we'll be your 24/7 protective shield to liaise directly with the media to limit any damage, and attempt to spin the situation to find the positive.
